【Material Box】Utilize the Material Box
In the Material Box, you can store not only Cards made in LoiLoNote School, but also files in any format.
You can also save PDF files of materials to be used in class from your computer for smooth class preparation.
You can also save frequently used cards to the Material Box to hand them to other teachers, or use it to transfer Cards to another class notebook.
Save Cards to Material Box
Cards can be dragged and dropped into the "Material Box" to be saved in the Material Box.

Save Data Stored on the Device to Material Box
Press option button.icon in the upper right corner of the Material Box and select "Upload" to save a file stored on your device to the Material Box.
Note: Some file formats cannot be added as a Card in the Notebook. Please refer to the following for files that can be used as a Card.

Folders
There are three types of folders: "Personal," which only you can see, "Teachers-Only," which only teachers can see, and "School-Wide Shared," which both teachers and students can see.

The Web version of the "Other Students' Material Box" is still under development.
Municipal Shared Folder
The municipality administrator must be granted write permission in order to upload the file.

In the case of Subjects that have multiple classes assigned to them, multiple classes can share the Material Box.

Create, Move, and Copy Folders
To create, move, or copy folders and files in the Material Box, you can perform each operation from the option_button.icon that appears in the upper right corner of the Material Box.
Create Folder: To create a new folder in the Material Box, select Create Folder.
Move: Select the file you wish to move from within the folder and choose the destination from the list.
Copy: Select the files you want to copy from the folder and choose the destination from the list.
Reference
"Folder Name Order" sorts by "folder" name, while individual files are sorted by date and time.
Save Materials Created on Your Computer
It is also possible to use computer-generated materials. Please see below for details.
